High quality training and education is fundamental for a proficient electrologist. Although the B.I.A.E is not an education body the successful completion of a practical and theory assessment are necessary to become a B.I.A.E member.
A comprehensive prospectus, syllabus and a suggested reading list are provided plus a revision manual to assist with preperation for the theory knowledge required. A pre-assessment workshop is also available to boost confidence and ensure candidates will be more at ease on the day of the assessment. However this is not compulsory.
