Electrolysis is the only method of hair removal legally allowed to claim it offers: permanent hair removal.

All methods of electrolysis are available: Galvanic, Thermolysis/Diathermy & Blend.

I have been practising electrolysis for over 20 years in the following ways. Working for Sterex Electrolysis for 14 years as their North West Trainer. Lecturing at my local college for 6 years, teaching all aspects of Beauty Therapy. Specialising in Electrolysis & Advance Cosmetic Procedures in my own premises. Also running a clinic at a Chiropodist/Podiatrist Practice once a month.

In my experience it could take a few months to notice a change with the hair growth. Eventually the hair growth will become finer & finer until it is permanently removed. This procedure could take up to 2 years depending on the hair growth cycle clients commitment & aftercare.

My experience encompasses those from the transgender community, covering all areas of the body as required & appropriate. Initially, I like to start work on the facial area building up a rapport with my client then, when we both feel comfortable, move on to other areas which may require treatment if appropriate.

I became a member of the BIAE as I feel electrolysis is a treatment that can make a difference to people and the way they feel about themselves. For me to be accepted and successful in becoming a member was a very rewarding experience.
